Nominations are limited to upcoming 11th and 12th graders and are due by March 9th.

As Junior High Convention is approaching us we can't help but get more excited for what is to come!!
We are looking forward to how God is going to use our speaker, Josh Sowards, and our band, Render the hearts!

PLEASE join us today as we prayer for Josh and Render the Hearts! They are essential when it comes to us having a great weekend!

We are inviting our WVBC family to pray together through 2025. The desire is that every church have the opportunity to pray with and for one another. We are praying not only for our churches, but also for the communities around us who desperately need to hear about the Good News of Jesus.

This past Saturday, the West Virginia Baptist Convention YMPT kicked off our prayer initiative with four prayer books that are being sent to the four regions of our WVBC family. Those prayer books will then be passed church to church throughout that region.

Be on the lookout for a delegation from a sister church as they bring the prayer book to your church for a time of prayer. Then a delegation from your church will take it to another church to have prayer with them. Throughout the year, we invite everyone to pray for our churches, as well as for the communities in which they are planted.

This weekend it was said: youth people really are amazing people.
And it’s true. Bring a van full of preteens and teens to a weekend event… Got it. Sleep, or don’t get much sleep, on air mattresses or as a guest in an unfamiliar place… We’re here for it. Play silly games, sing songs way too loud, and have dance parties/dance battles… I got you! Dress up in silly costumes and last minute act in character… Of course I’ll do that!
Youth leaders: we love you and appreciate your heart to have fun and do whatever it takes to help our students experience the truth of the gospel!
