St. John's UCC Summerfield would like to send our deepest condolences to Mindy Schiefer and the rest of the Schiefer family. Rusty was a great man and he will be sorely missed. Your entire family is on our thoughts and prayers.

Visitation: Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday, June 21, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Meridith Funeral Home, Highland, IL.

Our Story

We are a small, family oriented Church with big hearts and welcoming arms. We are always looking to grow with new Church members who we would love to welcome to our Church family. We worship God every Sunday at 8:45am. Also, Sunday School is available during church service to children aged 4 to 12. We are currently in the search process for a new full time Pastor as our previous Pastor retired after 37 years serving our Church. While the search continues, we have been blessed to have Pastor Nancy Gamache serve as our Bridge Pastor. Please stop by any Sunday and check us out. We hope to see you there!
