Cedar Springs Christian Retreat Center is looking for an interim director with proven skills in operations and management to serve for the next 6-9 months. This person will model a heart of service while they provide spiritual and organizational leadership, hire and oversee up to 30 staff members, hold responsibility for operational problem-solving and decision making, and ensure financial health of the organization. Minimum 25-30 hours per week. Full-time hours supported if available and interested. Must have 8+ years in managerial experience, including experience in business operations, hiring and supervising employees, and financial management.
