Valley Community Church Sumas Helping others find faith in jesus We are a small church located just one block south of the Canadian boarder, in the town of Sumas, Washington.

Our address is 415 Cherry Street, and it is easy to find. We began in January of 2008 with a group of about 30 individuals. Our vision is to establish an evangelical community church in the Nooksack Valley area. Our goal is to encourage people to accept and follow Jesus as the Savior and Lord of their lives. Our focus is on teaching what the Bible says, and encouraging people to live by its princi

ples. You probably won't find our style very entertaining, but you will find an authentic group of people striving to grow in their faith and love for Christ, one another, and our community.

We all face what seems like insurmountable obstacles even mountains at times. But even on the slopes the sun shines helping us to see our way. Be with courage because whatever your task or trouble this will pass and the light will shine through the darkness and the light shall prevail . Don’t be discouraged by the current times it will come to pass . Be patient be bold and confident that you will overcome . Be the light ! Have a blessed new year .

Be true, Be there when you are called. Our enemy is not our neighbor or what we see. The enemy is that which is hidden and hides in the dark. Your neighbor is your brother and sister. And, together you can defeat that which is hidden and dark. So look upon those around you with a new light and understand they are not the enemy. God bless
