We extend our condolences and prayers to the family and friends of Rev. Vivian Crowson, our former pastor.

In loving memory....

Former McKenzie UMC pastor Rev. Vivian Crowson passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 18, surrounded by her family. A memorial service celebrating her life & ministry will be held at McKenzie UMC on Friday afternoon, February 23 at 2pm, with visitation before the service at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McKenzie UMC for the choir or Shepherds Supper ministries.

We had a good time at church this morning. Lynda Williams baked three kinds of sweet breads. They were delicious. We had them with coffee before Sunday School. We are in the Book of John. Today Bob Williams taught Sunday School. The lesson was about Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. He did a good job and
many participated. A very good way to start a Sunday

We had a good Sunday. It was our Church Conference. Our District Superintendent came out to conduct the meeting, her husband came with her. They are both really nice people-Cassie and Kelly Wade. After the meeting they stayed for our church service. A good verse that comes to mind is Galatians 6:10
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.

We had a good church service this morning. We all participated in Sunday school. And this helps us to learn more. Paul had a good sermon too. I’d like to share a Bible verse that means a lot to me.
By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. John 13:35
