Four years ago we attended the Annual Food Bank Agency Meeting and struck up a conversation with the New Beginning Youth Home co-founder because she and Haidee had kiddos that attended school together.
As the Lord would have it, that conversation led to a Retail Rescue Partnership that has blessed our Food Pantry abundantly each week, primarily with leftover produce from a local Walmart that NBYH picks up daily, takes what they can use and then passes their leftovers on to us twice a week for our distribution days.
Here we are, pictured at this year’s Annual Meeting, with NBYH’s food service director - Rachel is a huge blessing to their ministry and ours 💚💚💚

A little warmer weather and a lot less ice means we're up and running again! Wednesday 1:00-3:00 and Saturday 9:00-11:00.

☑️We will be 'Self-Serve' again today (1/28) starting at noon.
‼️We have NOT been able to get any produce or frozen items in due to the weather.
❄️The sidewalk is clear but the roads are still icy around us. Everyone stay safe and warm!
