This photo of St. Andrew's was taken Saturday night after the Easter Vigil/Confirmation Service. The Glow-in-the-Dark Easter eggs promise the awaited resurrection is coming.

Holy Week Worship Schedule- Please join us!

Thursday, April 2 - Maundy Thursday Service @ St. Andrew's at 6:00 p.m.

Friday, April 3 - Good Friday Service @ Holy Trinity Lutheran in Newton at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 4 - Easter Vigil service and Confirmation of St. Andrew's youth at St. Andrew's at 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, April 5 - EASTER service at St. Andrew's at 9:00 a.m.
A light breakfast will be served before worship. Free will donations will help send our youth the summer camp. There will be no "First Sunday" Sunday school.

Don't forget...Spring CleanUp Day tomorrow, the 29th, following worship. Help spruce-up the church building/grounds in preparation for our Easter Week events. The more helping hands we have the more we can accomplish in less time. Thanks in advance for your willingness to help!

Lenten service will be held at Holy Trinity in Newton tomorrow, Wednesday the 25th at 6:00 followed by a soup supper at 6:30.

REMINDER: Today's February 25th Lenten service will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran in Newton. Worship begins at 6:00 p.m. with a soup supper following at 6:30.

ANNUAL MEETING tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. following worship. Please make plans to attend. We need your input as we move forward into 2026. Also, a "potluck" light brunch will be available. Bringing something to share is optional.

St. Andrew's and Holy Trinity will hold a joint Christmas Eve service beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1409 S. 8th Ave E, Newton, IA. The joint choir will be singing as we together celebrate Jesus' birth. Everyone is welcome!
