YOUR BODY KEEPS RECEIPTS. 🧾✨

You can say “I'm fine.”
You can keep pushing.
Keep showing up.
Keep taking care of everybody else.
Keep ignoring what you're feeling.

But your body may eventually start asking for your attention.

Stress can show up in the way we sleep, our energy, our appetite, muscle tension, headaches, irritability, and even how difficult it feels to simply slow down.

And this is something I've learned through holistic healing:

🌿 Wellness isn't only about treating something after it goes wrong. It's also about creating daily practices that support the mind, body, and spirit before we reach complete exhaustion.

Sometimes your healing practice can be simple:

✨ Taking 5 intentional minutes to breathe
✨ Drinking your water before reaching for another cup of coffee
✨ Getting proper rest
✨ Moving your body
✨ Sitting in meditation
✨ Practicing Reiki or receiving energy work
✨ Setting boundaries without feeling guilty
✨ Paying attention when your body tells you something feels different
✨ Seeking appropriate medical care when your body needs it

Holistic wellness doesn't mean rejecting modern medicine.

It means recognizing that you are a whole person—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and learning to care for the whole you.

I'm going to start talking more about this here because I think we spend so much time discussing spiritual awakening that sometimes we forget:

Your body is part of the journey too. 🌿
