How can you tell if it's conviction or condemnation? Pay attention to what it's saying!

Conviction is from God and will always point you towards growth. It may be uncomfortable, but God is drawing you closer through the process.

Condemnation sounds different. It tells you that you are the problem and that shame is where you belong, which is a lie from the enemy.

So when you feel challenged, ask yourself: Is this leading me toward God or making me want to hide from Him?

Imagine reading a book or watching a movie that sounds so real and so full of hope that millions of people believe every word, only to discover later that the story wasn’t true.

It’s a reminder that something can sound inspiring without being true.

The same goes for Christian books, podcasts, or social media posts. Just because it mentions God or includes Bible verses doesn’t mean we should automatically believe it.

📖 1 Thessalonians 5:21 says, “but test everything; hold fast what is good."

Don’t let a moving story replace God’s Word. Always test what you hear against Scripture! 🙌

Be honest: Is it easier to trust God’s direction or do things your own way?

From the Garden of Eden in Genesis 3, the enemy’s strategy was to make humanity question God’s Word and believe they could live life on their own terms.

You can know about Jesus without actually knowing Jesus.

You can admire his teachings, know the stories, and believe He was real, but when life gets difficult, admiration alone won’t carry you. Jesus didn’t call us to admire him from a distance. He calls us into relationship. ❤️
