The St. Boniface Confirmation Class of 8th and 9th graders was introduced at Mass on July 19, 2025 to recognize them and asking for prayers for the 11 young ladies and gentlemen as they finish their 2 year Confirmation preparation. You may have noticed them wearing purple shirts and assisting with Mass several times over the past 2 years! Please continue to pray for them! 🙏🏻♥️🕊️

Every year recognition is given to a 7th or 8th grade Alter Server who exhibits exceptional service, reliability, and willingness to serve. Congratulations to Kemberlyn Kohle, Kole Estill and Collin Heiser who were recipients of the 2025 Alter Server Awards! They were recognized at Mass on June 28.

☀️🙏🏻Summer at St. Boniface☀️🙏🏻

The confirmation class attended Mass and a confirmation retreat at Mount Marty on June 22, 2025.

There was a focus on vocations, gifts of the Holy Spirit, prayer, and overall a deeper understanding of their Faith and the Sacrament of Confirmation. The Sisters putting on the retreat spoke a lot about reverence and the meaning of Sacramental. They commented so many times of how sharp our kids looked and how well behaved they were!

A huge Thank You to Jan Kunz for organizing this retreat and handling countless other tasks for all of our kids, their Sacrament prep and Religious education in general!

And another HUGE thanks to Darby and Sara Paxton for driving and speaking on the Vocations panel regarding the vocation of marriage!

Teens Encounter Christ (TEC)

Megan Karo of St. Boniface attended TEC this summer! Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) is a three-day retreat for juniors and seniors in high school, as well as college freshmen. This intergenerational movement helps youth transition into young adulthood. TEC draws participants into the heart of the Catholic faith: Christ’s Paschal Mystery (His passion, death, and resurrection) lived out in the Church. The weekend helps youth relate this mystery to the concrete realities of their lives and challenges them to make a deeper commitment to Christ.

☀️🙏🏻Summer at St. Boniface☀️🙏🏻

Legion of Joseph Camp was July 16-17, 2025 at Tintern near Oakdale! It includes upcoming 5th-7th grade boys as campers + older youth as returning Junior Counselors. St. Boniface sent 2 campers this year! The camp includes faith and fun with adoration, Mass, Bible study, fun and games, campfire, s’mores, water fights, soccer, and making new friends. “God is Good All the Time!”

A big thank you to St. Boniface Knights of Columbus for supporting these camps.
