AED/CPR Class at Faith!

Yesterday, several leaders at our church participated in the training for our new AED machine and an updated training for CPR in order to increase our emergency preparedness! And there’s more classes to come! Special thanks to the volunteers from the Greg Moyer Foundation for the new AED machine and the training!

Faith Friends being highlighted on local news!

Look for the Monroe County Dementia Coalition on NEPA LIVE and help us to keep Conni’s Cafe, Faith Friends Day Program, the support groups sustainable…as well as creating an opportunity to create more opportunities for people living with dementia and their care partners.💝 NEPA LIVE is starting at 7:00 and will go for 24 hours. Please give to the Monroe County Dementia Coalition to keep the resources, education, support, and advocacy coming to Monroe County. Thank you!

A Blessing on this House

Beneath a sky so wide and blue,
this little church stands strong and true.
Not because of wood or stone,
but hearts that know they’re not alone.

Here prayers are lifted, tears are held,
hope is planted, grace is spelled.
Here neighbors gather, children grow,
and seeds of faith begin to show.

The steeple points our eyes above,
toward the God whose name is Love.
The grass, the trees, the sunlit air—
all whisper softly: Christ is there.

So thank You, Lord, for sacred ground,
for blessings seen and mercies found.
For every soul who enters through,
may they find peace, and something new.

We honor them. We remember them. We thank God for our blessings. We pray for the safety of our soldiers. We pray for peace everywhere.

Some days faith looks bold, and some days it just looks like taking the next step. We may not always know where the road is headed, but we trust the One who does. So today, slow down, breathe deep, enjoy the nice warm weather, walk an outdoor trail, and keep walking with God.
