Good evening we would like to encourage everyone to come to the 165th Homecoming celebration at Liberty Baptist Church in Stringer Mississippi on Sunday, November 7th at 10. am. We will not be having bible study that morning, and we will be serving lunch following the service. Again we would like to encourage everyone who is able to attend.

April 1st 2020. Last night in our devotional we talked about beginning a new month. Said things were going to be different and we see now that's going to happen. According to the order that the governor pass down shelter in place. We will not be having are drive-up service Sunday at Liberty Baptist Church. Going to try to work on a live video that would be presented at 11 Sunday morning. I hope everyone will be able to log on and see our service. It will be on Liberty Baptist Church Stringer, just log on and enjoy our worship service.

Our devotional tonight is from Luke chapter 10 :23 ,24 Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see. For I tell you, that many prophets and Kings have desire to see those things which you see, and have not seen them ; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
We live in a world today that wishes they could see and feel the things we do. JESUS said HAPPY is the man that that can see the things we see. We might not know what the outcome is going to be but we know someone who does. I thank the Father everyday for his Son and the Holy Spirit that not only guides us but gives us a peace of mind knowing that He is in control.
I trust Him that all things will work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. So don't lose hope, just be happy and trust the Lord ,HE GOT THIS.

Tuesday 31 8:00 p.m. today we end this month and begin a new
One. How will we start this new one is a BIG QUESTION for all of us. I think we all realize
It will be a challenge. We should ask ourselves NOT WHAT IT WILL COST ME TO FOLLOW
JESUS BUT WHAT WILL IT COST ME NOT TO FOLLOW HIM ???

LUKE 9:23 Says " And He said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and follow me. Verse 26: For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my WORDS, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed when he shall come in his own glory, and his Father's and of the holy angels. Let's just keep reading His Word and growing closer to Him every day.
P.s. Hate I missed last night but we had a great service Sunday morning we over 80 in attendance. See you Sunday for drive up service. Remember stay in your car so we can all stay safe.

The great invitation that was given in Matthew 11:28- 30 applies to us today. What GREAT WORDS OF COMFORT this should be for us !!! We can always count on JESUS to be there for us. I urge you to read his WORD THE HOLY BIBLE and feel the peace He gives.

Verses 28- 30 Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
