The service begins at 10:00 and all are, as always, welcome!

“All religions, all this singing, one song. The differences are just illusion and vanity. The sun‘s light looks a little different on this wall than it does on that wall, and a lot different on this other one, but it’s all One Light.” Rumi.

Join Us This Sunday at 10:00 am; Music, Faith and Community with Annemieke McLane. Annemieke explores how music faith and community are intimately woven into the human experience. Drawing from her life‘s journey from her childhood in the Netherlands, falling in love with Bach to navigating immigration and rebuilding after a devastating House fire on Amica shares how music serves as a divine mediator and a healing Haven. her story is a powerful reminder that we are never alone, that our unique talents are gifts to one another, and that even when life songs are sad, we can roll down our windows and sing out loud together. Join us this Sunday, July 5, at 10:00 AM at the United Church of Strafford to celebrate and reflect on the 250th anniversary of America's great experiment in democracy.

Two and a half centuries ago, our nation began a journey to become a place where everybody matters. From the very beginning, this pursuit of democracy has been shaped by both deep flaws and hard-won, serendipitous wisdom.

In the spirit of seeking, we will listen to some of our democracy’s seminal words and share the music that binds us together. Together, we will reflect on what this legacy means for us today.

Everybody matters, and everybody is welcome!
