This month we celebrate the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.

Consider growing closer to Our Lord and His mother, Mary, by committing to regularly praying a rosary for moms in need.

Here are some ideas for special intentions:
- That mothers in need may be granted equal access to healthcare.
- That mothers in unwanted pregnancies choose life.
- For strength, courage, and fortitude for mothers of unborn children.
- That the financial needs of all mothers are met.
- That mothers in need may be surrounded and supported by their community, family, and friends.

Today is the feast day of Mother Teresa of Calcutta.

Pope Francis said of her: “Mother Teresa, in all aspects of her life, was a generous dispenser of divine mercy, making herself available for everyone through her welcome and defence of human life, those unborn and those abandoned and discarded.”

May we follow her example in defending the life of the weakest, the smallest, and the most vulnerable members of our community.
