Yesterday wasn't all singing and games! Our LITs and staff spent time learning important life-saving skills. A huge thank you to Sheridan CPR and John for coming to Camp Story to teach and refresh our CPR and First Aid training. We are grateful for the knowledge, confidence, and preparedness this training provides as we get ready to welcome campers this summer.
Our LITs are soaking it all in as they begin their leadership journey at Camp Story, and summer is just getting started.

The first Lighthouse singing of the summer is always something special. 🕯️🎶
Tonight, our Leaders in Training (LITs) gathered at the outdoor chapel, lifted their voices, and joined in one of Camp Story's cherished traditions. Songs echoed through the trees, stories were shared, and memories began to take root.
These moments remind us that camp is more than activities and adventures—it's a place where faith grows, friendships deepen, and traditions connect generations.

🔥 Safety Matters at Camp Story! 🔥
Our counselors aren't just here to help campers grow in their faith and build lifelong memories—they're also here to help keep everyone safe.
Today, our staff participated in fire safety training, learning valuable skills that help prepare them for emergencies and create a safer camp environment for everyone who visits Camp Story.
A special thank you to the Story Volunteer Fire Department for taking the time to train our staff and invest in the safety of our campers, volunteers, and guests. We are grateful for your partnership and service to our community!
From spiritual growth to physical safety, our team is working hard to prepare for an incredible summer.
