After a busy morning in the kitchen, the potato cakes are ready for tomorrow's bake sale! We even managed to train a few young people to make potato cakes. Claudia created one that looked like Mickey Mouse had magically appeared right in the batter—we're not saying it's art, but we're not not saying it's art.
Stop by from 10:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. to pick up potato cakes and other Scandinavian (and non-Scandinavian) treats. Then stick around for our Lunch & Pie Social from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and enjoy a pulled pork sandwich and a slice of pie.
Come hungry, leave happy, and maybe see if you can spot Mickey among the potato cakes!
