ADMA stands for Association of Devotees of Mary Help of Christians. Don Bosco founded ADMA on April 18, 1869 in Valdocco, Turin, Italy. Its purpose is to promote the glory of Mary, the mother of Jesus, earning her protection.
ADMA members participate in the good works of the Salesian family, as well as the prayer and worship that takes place in the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Turin and other places around the world.
Pictured here is the new ADMA group launched Sunday, Jan. 28, at the Marian Shrine! Unbelievable. Look at the various ages, backgrounds, ethnic differences and diversity. It speaks a lot to where we are. We are really blessed. Congratulations also to Fr. Steve Shafran, SDB, and Anna Gaillat, ASC, who are guiding this group through its early development.
