Qualifications:
The Senior Pastor of White Oak Hills Baptist Church will...

* Be able to assist the Congregation in overseeing the life and direction of the Church.
* Have a firm grip on the mission and strategy of the church.
*Be able to align ordained, lay staff, key leadership teams with the mission of the church.
* Be able to offer Pastoral leadership to the Congregation, alongside clergy and lay staff.
* Be able to ensure that procedures and policies of the Church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities.
* Has at a minimum an Undergraduate degree in Theology from an accredited Seminary, or is currently enrolled in an accredited Seminary.

Has at the minimum 2 to 4 years Pastoral experience

* Officiating weddings, funerals, christenings, baptisms.
* Leading Sunday Fellowship Services - Lord's Supper (Communion).
* Overseeing the pastoral needs of the congregation.
* Hospital and home visitations.
* Counseling.
* Mentoring.
* Responding to crisis situations for members, and the community.

* Be the primary Preacher for Sunday Worship Service
* Ensure the completion of ministry, business, facility, and logistical support functions through staff and lay volunteers.
