Forgive4Health Ministries

Forgive4Health Ministries Forgive for Health Ministries exists to help people to forgive and to live with a forgiving heart. We can help you find answers to these questions.

Forgiveness is defined as the act of deliberately giving up resentment toward someone who offended you, while fostering the undeserved qualities of goodwill and compassion towards that person. Forgiveness is important as it is associated with improved spiritual, physical, and mental health. Forgiveness offers many benefits including improved sleep, increased energy, and greater life satisfacti

on. People who choose to forgive also report less physical illness symptoms, lower medication use, less fatigue, and a reduced fear of dying. So, have you ever wondered if you have forgiven someone that hurt you? Or thought that your compromised health could be linked to past hurtful experiences? Whether in your marriage, family, workplace, church, or community group, we know that harboring unforgiveness can ruin your health. But how does one forgive , forget, and move on? I am glad you ask! Forgive for Health Ministries exists to help individuals through the forgiveness process and can help you know without a doubt that you have forgiven those who have hurt you . We can objectively assess your level of forgives using evidence-based instruments, pray with you through the journey to forgiveness, walk with you through the steps to forgiveness and refer you as needed to other professionals who can help you complete the cycle of forgiveness. Give us a call at 404-500-9204 or email us at [email protected] to get started on this journey.

Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls: A Faith-Based Reflection for International Women's Day 2026

Every year on International Women’s Day, we pause to honor the strength, courage, and dignity of women and girls around the world. The 2026 theme— “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls.”—reminds us that celebrating women is not only about words of appreciation; it’s about living out our faith through compassion, fairness, and bold action.

Faith traditions consistently affirm the value of women. From the wisdom of mothers and leaders to the quiet resilience of caregivers and advocates, women reflect the image of God in powerful ways. Scripture and spiritual teachings remind us that justice and love go hand in hand. When women and girls are denied their rights, the call to respond becomes a spiritual responsibility.

Rights remind us that every woman and girl is created with inherent dignity. No matter where she lives, what language she speaks, or what circumstances she faces, her life has sacred value.

Justice calls us to move beyond sympathy. Faith challenges us to stand with those whose voices are unheard—supporting equality in education, safety, opportunity, and leadership.

Action is where belief becomes visible. Prayer is powerful, but faith also calls us to step forward: to advocate, mentor, give, encourage, and open doors for others.

When communities of faith uplift women and girls, the impact ripples across families, churches, workplaces, and nations. Empowered women raise empowered communities.

A Faith-Filled Call to Action 🙏
This International Women’s Day, don’t just celebrate—participate.
•Pray intentionally for women and girls facing injustice or hardship.
•Support organizations and ministries that provide education, safety, and opportunity for women.
•Encourage the women in your life—speak words that affirm their calling and leadership.
•Mentor or invest in a young girl’s future, reminding her that her voice and gifts matter.
•Stand up for fairness and dignity wherever you see inequality.
Faith is strongest when it moves us to love boldly and act courageously.
As we mark International Women’s Day 2026, may we commit to building a world where every woman and girl experiences her God-given rights, lives in justice, and sees real action that opens doors for her future.
Let’s celebrate—but more importantly, let’s act. 💜

This Valentine’s Day: Choosing Love, Grace, and Forgiveness

Valentine’s Day often brings images of romance, roses, and perfect love stories. Yet for many, this season also highlights relational struggles—distance in marriages, disappointment in dating, unresolved conflict, or lingering heartbreak.

In America today, relationships are under tremendous pressure. We are busier, more distracted, and often carrying unresolved issues into our closest relationships. Scripture reminds us, however, that love was never meant to be sustained by feelings alone—it is strengthened by grace, humility, and forgiveness.

God’s Word tells us:

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” (1 Peter 4:8)

Every relationship, whether dating, married, or familial, will experience moments of hurt. Grace allows us to see one another through God’s eyes, and forgiveness frees our hearts from resentment that blocks healing and intimacy. Forgiveness does not mean ignoring pain or avoiding accountability; it means inviting God into the broken places so restoration can begin.

Rekindling Love God’s Way

If your relationship feels weary or disconnected, consider these faith-centered practices:

•Pray together and for one another—even brief prayers soften hearts.
•Listen with love—be “quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry” (James 1:19).
•Speak gratitude daily—thank God for your partner and speak that gratitude aloud.
•Create intentional moments—shared time builds trust and renewed connection.
•Do the heart work—ask God to heal personal wounds that impact how you love others.

If You Are Struggling

Seeking help is not a lack of faith; it is often an expression of it. God frequently uses counselors, coaches, and supportive communities as instruments of healing.

Colleagues,

As we step into 2026, many people are searching for deeper healing—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Christian forgiveness coaching, paired with practical nutrition education, offers a powerful and holistic pathway to renewed life.

When the heart is healed and the body is nourished, lasting transformation becomes possible. Forgiveness sits at the core of the Christian faith. Jesus taught us that forgiving others frees us—from bitterness, resentment, and the heavy burden of unresolved pain. Forgiveness coaching helps individuals walk this biblical process with clarity and compassion. Through prayer, Scripture, guided reflection, and accountability, people learn how to release offenses without denying the hurt, entrusting justice and healing to God. This spiritual freedom often leads to reduced stress, improved emotional resilience, and restored relationships.

But spiritual health does not exist in isolation. Our bodies carry the impact of unforgiveness through chronic stress, inflammation, emotional eating, fatigue, and disrupted sleep. This is where nutrition education becomes a vital companion to forgiveness coaching. Teaching people how to nourish their bodies with whole, life-giving foods supports the healing God is already doing in the heart.

Christian-centered nutrition education emphasizes stewardship of the body as God’s temple (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). In 2026, this approach goes beyond dieting trends and focuses on sustainable habits: balanced meals, stable blood sugar, gut health, hydration, and mindful eating. When individuals understand how food affects mood, energy, and mental clarity, they are better equipped to support their forgiveness journey.

Together, forgiveness coaching and nutrition education create a virtuous cycle. Forgiveness lowers emotional stress; proper nutrition strengthens the body’s capacity to heal. Prayer aligns the heart; nourishing food fuels the body for service and purpose.

In a fast-paced, often divided world, this integrated Christian approach offers hope. Healing is not rushed. It is guided by faith, supported by wisdom, and sustained through daily choices. As we move through 2026, choosing forgiveness and healthy living is not just self-care—it is an act of obedience, freedom, and love

Are you ready to address your nutritional and forgiveness goals in 2026, then attend our next Forgiveness Coaching Discovery Event on January 22, 2026 at 7:30PM

Breaking the Silence: Standing Together Against Domestic Violence

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM)a time to honor survivors, raise awareness about the devastating impact of domestic abuse, and commit to building communities where everyone feels safe and valued.

Domestic violence is not limited to physical abuse; it can include emotional, financial, verbal, digital, and sexual abuse. At its core, it is about one person exerting power and control over another in an intimate relationship. Sadly, millions of individuals and families across the United States and around the world are affected by this issue every year.

Why Awareness Matters
Domestic violence often thrives in silence, shame, and isolation. Awareness campaigns shine a light on the issue, reminding survivors they are not alone and encouraging communities to take action. By talking about domestic violence openly, we create space for survivors to share their stories, reduce stigma, and encourage people experiencing abuse to seek help.

How You Can Get Involved
•Wear purple during October to show solidarity with survivors.
•Educate yourself and others about the signs of abuse, including controlling behaviors, isolation from loved ones, constant criticism, financial manipulation, and physical harm.
•Support survivors by listening without judgment and sharing resources.
•Advocate for change by promoting healthy relationships, supporting local shelters, and encouraging schools, workplaces, and faith communities to create safe environments.

A Message of Hope
No one deserves to live in fear. If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please know that help is available. Healing and safety are possible, and communities are stronger when we stand together against abuse.

Join us on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 1PM for a live session that focuses on Domestic Violence Awareness, Empowerment, and Forgiveness with Ms. Michele Maddox as our guest speaker. Let us all continue to support the 2025 DVM theme and stand "with survivors always."
Hope to see you online soon!
Blessings!

09/20/2025

Colleagues,

The 2025 Forgiveness, Population Health, and Equity conference is now in the history books, and what a conference it has been. From our first session on Saturday, September 13, 2025, on physical activity, longevity, and fortitude, to today’s Holy Communion, God has called his people to a higher place in 2025.

Speakers from Grace Community Church in Lithonia, Dayna iCare Foundation, Full Life Christian Fellowship, Emory University, Morehouse School of Medicine, Ameriprise Financial Services, Forgive for Health Ministries, Casualty Consultants, Eatwell Exchange, and MDaedificare, etc., provided gems, best practices, and practical tips to improve our faith, family, forgiveness, and fortitude. We must now be doers of the word and not hearers only, and come out of the “Valley of Excuses”.

On one, I repeat, no one in attention can no longer have the excuse to be less than merciful in our relationships or to live in unforgiveness. We now know or were reminded that unforgiveness damages our heart and our overall health, and that together we can come against the world of hate in which we find ourselves.

Congratulations to Dr. Karen Y. Boone on receiving the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award. So well deserved, Dr. Boone! Congrats again!

If you missed the conference, we missed you. However, save the date for the 2026 conference, set for September 12-19, 2026, God willing. In the meantime, please visit our website at www.forgive4health.org for more information about our weekly programming and how you can support our work!

Finally, tomorrow is the International Day of Peace. Stop in some small way to celebrate the observance and help our world to become a more peaceful place, starting in your family and community.

Shalom!
