Galatians Community Church first began with a vision to gain souls for Christ. We held our first informal meeting in early May 1999 at Kaiser Permanente in Stockton, CA. At this meeting we developed a plan and accepted Galatians Community Church as our name. Finally, our dreams came true we were able to open the doors at the Radisson hotel in the city of Stockton to have our first church service o

n May 30, 1999. At this service we only had eight members, but that didn’t stop our drive we continued to have services there for three months. All our hard work and dedication to God’s ministry soon paid off because we were blessed with a building on Hammer Lane to hold our church services. We remained there until God relocated us to Madison Elementary School auditorium. God continued to bless us with additional faithful members throughout the years, which allowed us to move in February 2001. Above all, the Lord blessed us and moved us to our present location, 628 N. In addition to our many blessings, God blessed Galatians Community Church in February 2003 with our current loving, inspirational, and dedicated Pastor & First lady Washington to lead the Galatians Community Church for the divine will of God . Their purpose is to fulfill the law of Christ by restoring, empowering, advancing, and loving people.
