Looking for something to do as a family or by yourself for Palm Sunday in addition to praying Mass from your home? What if everyone on Sunday morning, put something green – a ribbon, branch, something that looks like palm - on the door of their house or on the window, to celebrate Palm Sunday? It could be any green branch you can get. This would help, despite the social distancing, to be connected as we enter into the Holiest of Weeks. We may be physically isolated, but not separated. We are united as the body of Christ. We are the Church.

St Vincent de Paul Parish Rosary Altar Society will be holding a clothing drive on Saturday and Sunday October 19th and 20th, 2019. A & E Clothing Corp, Carteret, NJ, helps facilitate collection of clothing, linens and shoes for distribution throughout the US and developing countries. They will sort and ship the items and compensate the Rosary Society per pound collected. These funds will go toward the needs of the Parish community. Donations of clothing, shoes, belts, handbags, linens, stuffed animals, bikes and strollers will be accepted at the church, 250 Bebout Ave, Stirling, on Saturday and Sunday October 19th and 20th from 9 AM to 6 PM. Please bag items no heavier than 20 lbs. and bag shoes separately. Please contact the parish office at 908-647-0118 or [email protected] with questions.
