What if you saw yourself the way Jesus sees you?
It's easy to let our past define us.
A mistake.
A failure.
A regret.
Someone else's opinion of us.
But Jesus doesn't look at you and see only what you've been.
He sees what He is doing in you.
When you allow Jesus to transform your life, He begins to change the way you see yourself. Your identity no longer has to be rooted in your past, your accomplishments, your failures, or the approval of others.
Your identity can be found in Him.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
What if the person you've been trying so hard to become isn't the point?
What if Jesus is inviting you to become who He created you to be?
Maybe your first step is simply showing up.
