Father's Day is about more than just celebrating dads. It's a time to honor all the men who make a difference in our lives—fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles, cousins, mentors, and those who have stepped in to encourage, guide, support, and love others along the way.

Whether you're a dad or simply someone who has made an impact on the lives of those around you, we want to celebrate you.

Join us on Sunday, June 21st, for a special breakfast prepared and served by the ladies of the church as we show our appreciation for the men who help strengthen our families, our church, and our community.

There will be no Discipleship classes.

Sometimes, the middle of the year can leave us feeling tired.

The goals we started with may feel distant.
The pace of life may feel nonstop.
And maybe the answers we’ve been praying for still haven’t come yet.

But God is still faithful in the waiting.

Before we let discouragement take over this week.....

But first, we pray.

Because even when we feel weary, God continues to give strength for each new day.

Lay it down. Lift it up.

TONIGHT (weather permitting), at 6PM, we’ll be gathering weekly around the fire for a relaxed evening of community fellowship, conversation, and prayer.

Throughout Scripture, fire often represented God’s presence, guidance, and refining work. From the burning bush to the pillar of fire in the wilderness, fire became a reminder that God was near and at work among His people.

In the same way, we hope this becomes a place where people can gather, be encouraged, share life together, and make space for God to move in meaningful ways.

This gathering is open to anyone in our church and community. Whether you attend Stinesville Naz, are looking for a place to connect, or just want to spend intentional time with others in a welcoming environment, you belong here.

Bring a lawn chair and invite a friend. If you’d like, bring a snack, too!

🏀📚 Community Open Gym & Library Day 🎾📖

Join us on Saturday, June 27th from 1:30–3:00 PM for the first of what we hope will become a monthly community event hosted by Stinesville Church of the Nazarene and the Stinesville Community Library!

The library will be open for everyone to enjoy, and the gym will feature open play with one pickleball court and space for basketball. All ages are welcome, and no registration is required.

Come shoot some hoops, play a few games of pickleball, cheer on the players, browse the library's collection, use the computers, enjoy a craft, or simply spend time connecting with others in our community.

Whether you're looking for recreation, a good book, or a chance to meet new friends, there's something for everyone. We hope you'll join us as we celebrate and support the wonderful resources our community has to offer!

It’s easy to move through an entire week distracted, overwhelmed, and spiritually exhausted without ever slowing down.

Before we let the noise of life drown out the voice of God.....

But first, we pray.

We make space for peace.
We make space for hope.
We make space for God to remind us that we were never meant to do life alone.

🌸 Ladies, you're invited to join us tomorrow!

The Stinesville Nazarene Ladies Ministry will have a morning of fellowship, food, and serving our community on Monday, June 8th.

We'll meet for breakfast at 10:00 AM at Village Inn Restaurant in Ellettsville, then head next door to Pantry 279 Food Pantry at 11:00 AM to serve together.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women, share some laughs, and make a difference in our community. All ladies are welcome—bring a friend!
