This is the time of year when we need donations for the cemetery at Chalk Bluff, they can be put in the box at the cemetery or mailed to ChalkBluff cemetery fund@ Carson Community bank @ 24 west division street in Stilwell. 74960 We are totally dependent on these donations for the up keep and mowing. I would like to do a lot of things in the future for the cemetery but need the funding.. don’t forget decoration will be may 25. Thank you all for your support.

We will leave flowers on the graves till middle of next week then they will be taken off to mow if you want your flowers please get by next Thursday…donations were 1/2 of what they were last year so we will be mowing less and spraying more. All I know to do.

We are in the process of updating and verifying the cemetery records and are in need of your assistance. If you have purchased a plot at the cemetery, or if your family has purchased multiple plots, please contact Dale or Jeana Carson at 918-575-1926 or 918-346-2068.

Some of the records are very old and show that plots were purchased but not the location of the plots requested, or that a specific location has been requested at all.

We want to make sure that our records are correct and reflect our families’ wishes and expectations, and your help is greatly appreciated.

We know the rain may have kept some people from coming to decorate today, but wanted to thank the ones who have come. The flowers and decorations on the graves look beautiful and we have placed flags on the graves of all the veterans that we are aware of. We also want to thank all those who have made donations to the cemetery fund.
We are still badly in need of donations to continue to maintain the cemetery and wanted to remind everyone that donations can be mailed directly to the Chalk Bluff Cemetery Fund at Carson Community Bank, 24 W. Division Street, Stilwell, OK 74960.
Donations can also be made electronically via CashApp to $ChalkBluffCemetery.

We have gotten some flags to put on our fallen hero’s graves at the cemetery for Memorial Day. Which is the day after decoration if they have a marker it will get a flag. If there isn’t a marker please list their name in the comments and we will make sure to get a flag on the grave. There will also be flags on the table at cemetery on decoration day along with water and snacks so feel free to help yourselves.
