Whatever you need, 👏🏾‼️

Our scholars have worked diligently throughout the year, excelling both academically and athletically while remaining active in their faith and church community. Their hard work, dedication, and achievements deserve to be celebrated. 🎓📚

We were blessed to hear a powerful and timely message from our very own Sis. Anita Walthour
entitled “Identity Check” from 1 Peter 2:9-10 (NLT). She challenged us to examine the labels we carry and compare them to what God says about us.

The world may try to define us by our mistakes, failures, or past experiences, but God identifies us by who we are in Him. As we honored our graduates and students, we were reminded that our future is not determined by people’s opinions but by God’s purpose and promise over our lives.

We love and celebrate our youth here at The Hutch. While many were not present, we proudly recognize their accomplishments and thank God for all they have achieved.

It is with profound sorrow that the Coleman family, along with the Hutchinson Longstreet Baptist Church family, announce the earthly transition of our beloved Sister Linda Jean Coleman.

Sis. Coleman was a faithful servant, a cherished member of our church family, and a woman whose life reflected kindness, grace, and unwavering faith in God. While our hearts are saddened by her passing, we find comfort in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

We ask that you keep the Coleman family in your prayers during this difficult time. May God’s peace, strength, and comfort surround them in the days ahead.

Service arrangements will be announced as they become available.

“Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord… that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” ~ Revelation 14:13 ❤️🕊️

Though it was rainy outside, God’s presence filled the sanctuary. 🙌🏾

Bishop taught on the importance of waiting through today’s message, “Faith for the Next Few Days,” Psalm 27:13-14 KJV.

David found himself under pressure and almost gave up, but his faith kept him standing. Don’t let your feelings make decisions that your faith should make; faith trusts God’s goodness even before it sees the outcome.

🗣️ It’s faith that keeps you standing when everything around you is telling you to sit down.

Your waiting is not punishment; it’s preparation. God is developing you in this season, and when it’s over, you’ll thank Him for teaching you to trust. What you’re going through is coming to pass, not to stay.

We say Welcome Home to our newest family members Bro. Cameron Gadson, Sis. Alonna Dixon
Harmony Dixon, Kimberly Mincey, Akai Dixon. We love you! 🙏🏾

What a blessing it is to call the Hutch home!

In just 3 weeks, we’ll celebrate the church we love, the family we cherish, and the God who keeps blessing us year after year. 🎉🙏🏾

The fire within our soul is still burning from yesterday’s Pentecost service. 🔥
What we experienced was more than emotion… it was an encounter with the power and presence of God. The wind blew, the fire fell, and hearts were filled again. We refuse to go back empty after God filled the house. Lord, let the fire keep burning, let revival keep spreading, and let Your glory continue to rest on Your people. 🙌🏾🔥

Much like The Upper Room, the Hutch was filled with hungry, desperate believers expecting God to move on the day of Pentecost! 🕊️🙌🏾

Bishop preached, “Lord, Fill This House,” 🔥🔥 And surely God responded to hunger, surrender and unity in the room.

Before Heaven can fill the house, the house first has to become available. God cannot fill what refuses to make room. Before He pours out glory, we must empty out everything that doesn’t please Him.

You can’t have power without consecration, or glory without obedience….

Unity still draws the presence of God. Join us next week: same place, same time as we gather in one accord.
