New Hope Church A theologically reformed community of believers belonging to the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Discovering New Hope in God's Sovereign Grace

New Hope Church is a gathering of people who need God’s grace and power daily. We meet weekly on Sunday mornings at 10am in the gym of Penobscot Christian School (1423 Ohio Street, Bangor, ME 04401). Our website is: http://newhopebgr.org/

We are one congregation within the Christian Church throughout the world and throughout history, and we also identify as “Reformed” (which has been described as the conviction that God is more stubborn in pursuing us with His grace than we are in running from Him). We began as part of the Christian Reformed Church (CRC), however in Summer of 2024 we began working towards affiliation with the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). No matter where you are coming from or what you believe, we welcome you to join us as we come to know our Creator and God, through Jesus our Lord.
