THIS WEEK'S CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS - AUGUST 30, 2026

NO BIBLE STUDY THIS WEEK, BUT SINGING WILL PROCEED AS USUAL AT 1 PM.

BRANCHVILLE UMC: The Branchville United Methodist Church will hold a praise and fellowship service this Wednesday, September 2nd at 5 pm at the Sussex County Sunflower Maze at 101 County Road 645, Sandyston. Feel free to bring a picnic dinner to enjoy during fellowship after the service. Rain date is the following day, Thursday, September 3rd.

ANNUAL CHURCH CONFERENCE: This year's Annual Church Conference will be held on October 3, 2026, at Milford United Methodist Church. Worship is at 10 AM, followed by our conference at 11 AM, which will be presided over by Rev. Steve Bechtold. All are welcome to attend.

SPECIAL COLLECTION: If you would like to contribute to the donation for John Hill, (the gentleman who is cleaning up and restoring the church cemetery) and have not yet done so (or would like to donate more), you may do so by placing your donation in the collection plate on Sunday (make sure to label it "cemetery restoration"), or you can mail it to the church at PO Box 115, Stillwater, NJ 07875.

QUILTING: If you quilt, would like to learn, or have your own craft, please join us for a time of quilting/crafting on Mondays from 10 am to 2 pm. Feel free to bring lunch. Or, you can also pop in just for lunch or a chat.

BIBLE STUDY: Bible Study is held on Wednesdays at 11:45 am in Fellowship Hall. If you would like to bring lunch and enjoy a little fellowship before class, please do! All are welcome!

HYMN SING MINISTRY: Wednesdays, from 1 to 2 pm. This is an opportunity for us to come together and join our voices in praise. This is not a structured worship service…come, pick your favorite hymns, and let us sing together – ALL ARE WELCOME!
