As much as we'd love to just stop one thing and start another — the truth is, on our own, we're powerless to break the cycle that keeps us stuck. We try hard. We do well for a bit. Then we fall, and the discouragement sets in.

We've all been there. We've all felt that exhaustion. We've all longed for change we just couldn't seem to hold onto.

But here's the good news — it doesn't have to stay that way. There is real hope.
