Now that summer has begun, we are continuing with our theme for the year, “Decrease Distraction, Increase Devotion.” We are learning about the depth of the Gospel as we study Galatians, and we will gather to seek God’s face together in prayer on Sunday night, June 7. This prayer meeting will be at the home of the Edwards family. We will pray for an hour or so and then enjoy some fellowship and ice cream! Childcare will be provided. If you need childcare, please register here so we can plan for helpers. For address contact us at Gabie bosio or email us [email protected]

In Galatians 3:15–25, Paul sheds light on a fundamental question: How does God's law relate to our salvation, which is rooted in faith? This message examines how the law illuminates our sin, propelling us toward Christ, where we experience the forgiveness, acceptance, and inheritance that our best efforts cannot attain.

In Galatians 3:1–14, Paul confronts the subtle yet insidious threat of spiritual self-reliance, inviting believers to reclaim their reliance on Christ and rediscover the gospel's liberating promise. Rekindle your faith and experience the unbridled freedom, assurance, and hope that only the gospel can bring.

Happy Mothers Day from Harvest lakeshore!

As we approach Mother’s Day, we want to take time to honor and give thanks for the gift of mothers—those who have nurtured, sacrificed, prayed, and reflected God’s care in countless seen and unseen ways. Scripture calls us to “honor” (Exodus 20:12), and this is a meaningful opportunity to express gratitude for the women who have shaped our lives in Christlike love.

At the same time, we recognize that this day can carry a mix of emotions. Some come from homes marked by absence or pain, and others carry the quiet grief of longing to be mothers. We want you to know that you are seen and loved. Our God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He meets us with compassion in every story. As a church family, may we celebrate with gratitude, while also walking with tenderness, bearing one another’s burdens in Christ.
