Happy 5 years to our pastor, Bro. David Talley! We enjoyed the Fortner Brothers Band singing (special guest singer and playing guitar Drake Talley, Bro. Dale Haynes preaching and a fantastic lunch. We love and appreciate Bro. David and Amanda and their family! We pray for many, many more years of fellowship.

Sunday, January 18, 2026, VBC will honor Bro. David and Miss Amanda - it is their 5th church anniversary!

Morning services will begin at 10:30 with The Fortner Bros. bringing special music. Bro. Dale Haynes will bring the morning message. Lunch will follow the service. Let’s use this time for fellowship and to let Bro. David and Miss Amanda know how much we love and appreciate them!

The church will provide chicken and chicken fingers. Please bring your favorite dishes and/or casseroles for everyone to enjoy.

As christians, we trust God in the past.....we know His faithfullness...His mighty Grace saved us!! We trust God for the future....we know we will go to heaven when our time comes.....so why is it so difficult to trust God today? In this time....trust God for today. After all scripture tells us God is the same yesterday, TODAY and tommorrow. 1 Kings 17:8-16. Scripture preached by Bro. David Talley. God is faithful everyday!! God bless!

Once again the Railroad crossing has a sign that says the crossing will be closed on July 2 for 2 days. Not sure the time of the closing so allow enough time to travel thru low gap to get to church on Wednesday night, July 2nd. Spread the word. Thanks!
