There is a rumble in the Church.

Something has been stirring beneath the surface.

There is a cry rising out of the silence, and the sound is getting louder.

The Church is waking up.

For too long, there has been a silence where there should have been a sound.

Too long where the Church has watched instead of witnessed, listened instead of proclaimed, and settled instead of contended.

But I hear a rumble.

I hear a remnant beginning to find its voice again.

And this sound is not the sound of performance.

It is not the sound of personality, platforms, or production.

It is the sound of hunger.
It is the sound of repentance.
It is the sound of consecration.
It is the sound of a people who have encountered His presence and refuse to go back to business as usual.

The Church is getting loud again.

Not loud for the sake of being heard, but loud because there is something inside of her that must come out.

There is a cry in her belly.
There is a fire in her bones.
There is a word in her mouth.
There is a sound in her spirit.

And what has been buried is coming to the surface.

What has been silenced is finding its voice.

What has been dormant is beginning to stir.

I believe we are watching the beginning of a holy awakening, not because the Church has discovered a new strategy, but because she is rediscovering an old hunger.

She is remembering what it feels like to want God more than she wants the platform.

To want His presence more than applause.
To want holiness more than popularity.
To want His glory more than recognition.

The sound is changing because the posture is changing.

There is a people that is tired of polished Christianity without power.

Tired of gathering without encountering.

Tired of singing about revival without carrying the fire.

Tired of talking about what God did while refusing to ask Him what He wants to do now.

Something is shifting.

The sleeping are stirring.
The hungry are arising.
The watchmen are taking their places.
The prayer warriors are finding their voices again.

And I hear the sound of a Church that is being awakened to who she is.

She is not a spectator.
She is the Ekklesia.
She is a house of prayer.
She is a dwelling place of the Spirit.

And when a sleeping Church wakes up, the atmosphere around her begins to change.

The prayer rooms get louder.
The altars get fuller.
The worship gets deeper.
The preaching gets bolder.
Repentance becomes precious again.
Holiness becomes beautiful again.

And Jesus becomes the center again.

When the Bride wakes up, hell will know it.

Cities will know it.
Families will know it.
A generation will know it.

Because when a people filled with the Spirit find their voice again, you cannot keep that sound in the four walls.

It will spill into the streets.
It will spill into schools.
It will spill into homes.
It will spill into nations.

So let the church arise.

Let the watchmen cry.

Let the worshipers worship.

Let the priest weep between the porch and the altar.

Let the prophets speak what God has given them.

Let the altar burn.

Let the sound rise.

Because the Church is waking up.

And she is not waking up whispering.

SHE IS WAKING UP ROARING!
