We as a fellowship of believers in Christ Jesus stand united in our vision which is the following. "To be a fellowship of believers, trained disciples of Jesus Christ, to minister to God through praise and worship while meeting the needs of our community, nation and world for the Kingdom of God." We are welcoming to all who walk through our doors and you will feel that immediately by the warm greetings you receive by many of us. If you are in need of connecting to a fellowship of believers who will encourage you in your faith and be real with you, then you will enjoy the family atmosphere here at Harvest. A Wake-Up Call for the Soul 🕊️

In Isaiah 64:7, we read a heartbreaking picture of spiritual apathy:

"And there is none to call on your name, that awakens and stirs himself to take and keep hold of you..."

A deep sleep had come over God’s people. They weren't just struggling with sin—they had stopped seeking God altogether.

Because He won't force closeness on us, God allowed them to remain in the distant place they chose. But this verse serves as a powerful warning for us today: faith requires intentional effort.

To "stir ourselves up" means moving past routine, comfortable prayers into earnest, fervent seeking (James 5:16). It means making choices every day that keep our hearts close to Him:

• Choosing church over sleeping in

• Choosing worship over passive silence

• Choosing God's Word over the TV

• Choosing prayer over scrolling late at night

It takes work to keep any relationship strong, and staying close to the Lord is no different.

Let’s pray together:
Lord, forgive us for the times we’ve let distraction and apathy take over. Stir our hearts today. Help us to seek You first and hold tight to You with all that we are. Amen. 🙏

Where do you turn when life gets overwhelming?😫

When stress or trial presses in, the world offers little real protection. But God offers us everything—He offers Himself.

"The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe." — Proverbs 18:10

God's name represents His infinite love, mercy, wisdom, and power. To be "safe" in Him means to be lifted high above the dangers that beset us. But finding that refuge requires an active, lively faith—a trust that runs directly into His promises instead of turning to the distractions of this world.

Like King David wrote: "Blessed be the Lord my Rock... my Fortress, my High Tower and my Deliverer..." — Psalm 144:1–2
