“Duty” is simply defined as a “moral or legal obligation.” We as believers have a divine obligation to love one another. Why? Well, because God says so. Is it always easy? No. Is it always fun? No. Is it always required? Yes. We hope that you will join us in the morning as we examine the Scriptures and continue through our “One Another” series. Lord willing, we will see you tomorrow at 10AM!

“Thank you” “Grateful” “Humbled” and many other words come to mind after a service like today. We baptized 4 people, added 1 on the promise of a letter, and when all the dust had settled and service was over, 2 kids that came to VBS and have been riding their bikes to church ever since, got saved! “unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”

Debt is normally an ugly word. Nobody likes it. Most of us tend to pause whenever we think about it or read it. It is no different within the text. We owe each other our love for one another as believers. We hope that you will join us in the morning as we worship the Lord! Sunday School is at 10, Morning Service is at 11, and after the morning service, we will have baptisms! It is going to be a great day in the Lord’s House!

We are getting ready for baptism tomorrow! The new baptistry that was built for us is not going to work out due to some unfortunate circumstances, but thankfully, we have a backup! This will be the first baptism in our new building! If you are in Sterlington tomorrow and don’t have a home church, we invite you to join us! God is blessing us tremendously!

Somebody shout with us!! We had two saved this morning during the invitation! Praise God for His blessings upon our church! Lord willing, we will baptize brother Q and Sister Kathy next Sunday!

The phrase “one another” appears 39 times in the New Testament. 24 of those 39 times appear in the writings of the Apostle Paul. He dealt with our treatment of each other in the church in each of them. Lord willing, we will begin a series tomorrow on how we are told to treat each other within our church. We hope to see you in the morning! Sunday School is at 10 and the morning service is at 11!

We had a great day in the Lord’s House today! We had a baby dedication today and are so honored to have the privilege to be a church together with this family! We praise the Lord for Josi Beth and her parents!
