Discovering God’s natural ways, you can live Healthy, Happy and Whole

Do you suffer from inflammation? Have you ever desired to treat it naturally with the plants they God created? Here are my “go to” remedies:

1) Turmeric and black pepper (4 parts turmeric and 1part black pepper). You can mix it in a tea, make capsules, add it to your food. Two to three times a day does wonders for inflammation.

2) Ginger: add it to a tea. Use it in stir fries. It not only tastes great but has amazing anti-inflammatory properties!

3) Cinnamon: tastes great! Fights inflammation. Add it to yogurt, teas, make capsules. However you like it, it also likes you!

4) Cayenne pepper: don’t worry, if you don’t like that little red power packed pepper, your yummy jalapeño or any hot pepper will do. All the hot peppers contain capsaicin. Helps put inflammation in its place.

You probably have all of these in your spice rack or frig. No prescription required!

Healing naturally with what God himself created for you. Can’t get better than that!!

Wow! What a great class today with Reba, there is definitely more to come! God has much for us to do and we need to be healthy, healed, and whole!

We are so blessed we don’t even realize it -the amazing leaders we have at Warrior Women!!! What a dream come true, seeing women flowing in their gift, identity, and their anointing - imparting, dynamic teachings to us for victorious living to make a difference in our area of influence.
