We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our Tarleton Catholic Campus Ministry community. Our hope is to continue building a ministry where students can deepen their relationship with God, find fellowship, and feel at home in the Catholic faith. Hey everyone! My name is Kimberly Rodriguez, I’m a senior who’s majoring in Criminal Justice and the current President of the Catholic Campus Ministry. This semester I’m looking forward to work together with everyone in our parish, both CCM students and parishioners, during this transition into better buildings for our community :)

Hello! My name is David Pena and I am from Round Rock, Texas! I am a Sophomore Business student focusing on Marketing. CCM to me is my family, a group of like-minded individuals who want to grow in their relationship with Christ. I am looking forward to serving all of the CCM students by giving all of my time and effort into the ministry!

Hi! My name is Madison Sifuentes, and I’m a junior Chemistry major from Austin, Texas. CCM has brought so much growth into my life and has been such a blessing, especially through the amazing people God has placed in my life through this ministry. As a leader, I’m looking forward to capturing the special moments within our community and showing God’s love shining through our students!

Hello everyone! My name is Micaela Carbajal, and I’m a sophomore Elementary Education major from Fort Worth, Texas! CCM has been one of the greatest gifts God has given me during my time at Tarleton. I’m so blessed to be part of a community where I can grow in my faith alongside like-minded people who share the same love for Christ. I’m so excited to see how CCM continues to grow and blossom into an even more beautiful campus ministry, and I’m truly humbled and grateful to serve in this role. Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM) invites you to join us tonight as we welcome Alejandra Franco to Lacy Funeral Home and surround her family and loved ones with our prayers, love, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
At the family’s request, we will form a tunnel of support in the parking lot upon Alejandra’s arrival. If you are able, please consider wearing white and bringing a candle, preferably battery-powered, as a symbol of remembrance and hope.
Please note that there will not be a public visitation tonight. This gathering is simply an opportunity for Alejandra’s friends, classmates, and those whose lives she touched to come together and stand beside her family as they begin to grieve this tremendous loss.
Once Alejandra enters the funeral home, we kindly ask everyone to give her family the privacy and quiet time they need to gather, grieve, and be together.
Funeral arrangements and details regarding public visitation will be shared at a later time.
Let us come together in love, compassion, and prayer for Alejandra and for all those who are hurting.

Meet our Men’s & Women’s Group leaders!

We’re so grateful for these amazing students who have stepped up to lead, encourage, and grow alongside our community in faith. Our Men’s and Women’s Groups are a place for fellowship, prayer, meaningful conversations, and growing closer to Christ together.

Hello! I’m Aubrey Schlimgen and I’m currently a junior at Tarleton State University studying Agriculture Communications. I have been a member of CCM and attending St. Brendan’s since my freshman year. So far is my involvement with CCM includes being apart of women’s group, student meals, rosary, and attending SEEK in 2026.

For women’s group this year I pray that we can have a collective group of like minded hearts all gather as Woman of God to strive towards sainthood. I’ve been blessed immensely with the woman I’ve gotten to know and have in my corner of life through women’s group, and I hope any woman who joins can walk away loving and knowing Christ, as well as some fellowship in this community!

Hi !!! I am Paulina Guevara, a senior studying Kinesiology (Pre-OT) at Tarleton State. The Catholic Campus Ministry has been a huge blessing, giving me great friends and a place to grow in my faith. As a women’s group leader, I want to create a warm space where we can support each other, build real friendships, and walk together in our faith and love. I want to welcome new students into the faith and share that we have open arms for you and would love to have you at St Brendan’s Catholic Church.

Hello my name is Ayden Moralez I’m am a kinesiology major and I am in my junior year here at Tarleton. I am the men’s group coordinator for this semester and I want to strive for a brotherhood with our CCM men. CCM has been a huge part for me while attending Tarleton by helping me keep up with the faith, practice with other fellow Catholic students, and it has felt like it is my home away from home.

Football season is back, and we’re so excited for a new year! 🏈💜 A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to gather together for the Blessing of the Football Field and pray the Rosary over our players, coaches, and the season ahead.
