Easter Sermon Series. Learn the good news of Easter and the most important teaching of Christianity at The Camp Church this April. The Bible teaches that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, rose again three days later, and was seen by many eyewitnesses (1 Corinthians 15:1-8). The amazing thing about this message is that it's not just some mystical religious experience and it's not just something that must be taken on blind faith. The amazing thing about this message is that it checks out in history. You can believe it because it is based on a real, supernatural event in human history. Jesus taught His people, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me” (Mt 16:24). Jesus wants us to follow Him in our worship, in our families, in our relationships, and on mission. Worship—Jesus wants us to glorify His Father the way He did (Jn 17:4). Family—Jesus wants us to love and sacrifice ourselves for our family the way He did for His (Eph 5:22-6:4). Relationships—Jesus wants us to love others the way He did (Jn 15:13).
