17 years, I’ve been married to my best friend. 17 years we’ve been figuring this thing out. 17 years of prayers, tears, moves, and memories. 17 years we have walked the hills and valleys of marriage. And for 17 years I’ve had a cheat code on life, Jarrette Thomas Rette I thank God you are the one I get to call my wife! A post can’t contain the magnitude of the love I have for you.

Today marks another anniversary, 365 more days that we’ve loved, and laughed together, we’ve questioned and pressed together. And thank God, He has lead us together. As we go into year 18 I can’t imagine what’s next but I know it’s you and me 😘 Happy 17th Anniversary.

No one could have told me, July 20th, 2001 that I would be where I am today. For 25 years I’ve watched God move through my nerves, feelings of inadequacy, and doubts. Through it all He has reassured me that HE called me. That YES has taken me on a journey I never anticipated or expected. I am grateful for what the Lord has done and expectantly excited to see what He is going to do next.
