🏠 Do you live in Iredell County and need a new roof?

I-CARE and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency 's NC Housing Trust Fund may be able to help.

We are now accepting applications for the 2027 Urgent Repair Program (URP) for qualified homeowners in Iredell County.

The program provides **roof replacements** for eligible very low- and low-income homeowners with special needs, including frail elderly individuals and persons with disabilities. Services are provided based on eligibility, application score, and available funding.

We had a full house for our CPR, First Aid & AED Training this afternoon.

Thank you to Mr. Hooper with Iredell County Emergency Medical Service, Heather with Statesville Fire Department and Callie from Drug-Alcohol Coalition of Iredell.

Our goal is to train our community in life saving efforts one class at a time.

WOW! Iredell County (and beyond) you went above and beyond in less then 24 hours we have been able to connect them with so many great resources to move forward, beds, bedding, school supplies, hygiene items and $2800 for this families needs. What a way to welcome these teens to Iredell County. We thank you all for being the hands and feet of Jesus in this families time of need.

We have a family facing an incredibly difficult transition and are asking our community for help.

Three teenagers recently lost their mother due to a domestic violence incident in another state and have now come to Statesville to live with their aunt. While they are expected to receive life insurance benefits in the future, they have immediate needs as they prepare to start school. Due to the nature of the incident these children came to their aunt with a single suitcase of clothing.

Our goal is to provide them with clothing and shoes so they can begin the school year with comfort, confidence, and a sense of normalcy during this challenging time.

If you would like to help, monetary donations can be made through Zeffy or dropped off at ICM. We hope to take the teens shopping on Tuesday, August 11.
