Our teens are learning deeper things in how to continually glorify God through the summer. We often struggle with new routines and become sluggish. They are learning new ways or creative ways to still stay disciplined in creating space in all they do for the Lord.

PRAISE GOD!! Mom is out of surgery and the doctor said that the kidney pinked right up and started to produce urine! 🙌🏻
She is now in recovery! Dad is still in recovery as well! THANK YOU ALL for praying today!!! We felt the prayers! Also, thank you all for loving on my parents! Words cannot express how grateful we are!
Please continue to pray as they move into the recovery phase! To God be the glory for all He has done!

Update:

SURGERY UPDATE! Dad is out of surgery now and Mom's just started. Dr. said that Dad's procedure went well. It took a little longer due to scar tissue around his kidney. Dr. said that Dad's procedure went must have played contact sports. He never played sports but hunting and life in general was a contact sport for him!!

Today is the day Mr. Ricky and Mrs. Denise under go a big surgery. We are asking for prayers for Mrs. Mandy's momma and daddy. For those who do not know, Mr. Ricky will be having one of his kidneys taken out today and right after they finish with his, they will take Mrs. Denise back and place his kidney in her. This will be a six month journey of healing. So Thrive church, join us in prayer today to cover the surgeons hands, nurses eyes and focus, the scrub techs working alongside the doctors, the anesthesiologists, Mr. Ricky, Mrs. Denise, and all of their family.
