Day 4 of VBS reminded us that these children are truly the light of the world. We’ve watched seeds of faith planted all week, and tonight we celebrate as a family!
Come out at 6:00pm to see our Music Campers shine in the Illumination Station musical. We’ll follow it up with a hot dog supper and some splashing good fun on the water slides!

DAY 3: Glowing with God’s Love!
Day 3 at Illumination Station was absolutely radiant!
Our kids are shining bright as they learn more about God's incredible love for them. Check out these amazing smiles, games, and crafts from today!

Another unforgettable, high-energy day at Illumination Station VBS! This morning , the halls of First Baptist Church Statesboro were completely packed with smiles, laughter, and so much light.Our theme this week is all about shining a light on who Jesus really is, based on John 8:12: "I am the light of the world." Today, our kids dived deep into discovering that Jesus is God’s perfect Son.
We learned how His truth brightens our lives and brings hope to a dark world.
It is an absolute joy to watch these kids build lasting friendships, grow in their faith, and have a blast doing it.We can't wait to see what Day 3 brings!

Today, our kids started their adventure by discovering a life-changing truth: Jesus is God’s promised Son! From high-energy worship and creative crafts to wild games and deep Bible discoveries, the building was packed with smiles, laughter, and so much light.Check out some of our favorite moments from today! We can’t wait to do it all over again tomorrow morning for Day 2.

We had a wonderful morning of worship today at FBCBORO! Together, we celebrated our upcoming Vacation Bible School and prayed over our VBS leadership team. We also officially welcomed our new Children's Minister, sang some of our favorite songs, and lifted our Pastor up in prayer. Our sermon focused on the important distinction between Judgment vs. Judgmentalism. Be sure to stay tuned this week for daily updates from Vacation Bible School!

We are thrilled to introduce Jessica Bryan as our recommended candidate for Children’s Minister! The Search Committee is deeply grateful for God's guidance in bringing her to us. Jessica will be joining us this Sunday, May 31, along with her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Jordan. She will be presented during all three of our worship services. Please join us in welcoming the Bryan family and praying for this exciting new chapter in our Children’s Ministry!
