The spirit of this this world is so strong on so many Christians today that when true Bible preaching and teaching is presented, they hear it as a threat to their lifestyle and silently rejecting it they fade out of the fellowship with the body of Christ or drift into a ministry that is only committed to appeasement. That was a long way of saying “they backslide”. For those whom don’t believe in backsliding you’ve come to late to convince me otherwise. Why? Because I once was a backslider myself. Why? Because I rejected what I knew to be true and eventually it got me. That worldliness is only pleasant for a season but it will never satisfy! Come home! The Lord loves you and so does his church!
