Urgent Prayer Request for Bill & Ethel
Dear Church Family,

We ask that you join us in prayer for our dear members, Bill and Ethel. Ethel is facing a serious health challenge, and Bill is carrying a heavy burden right now as he stays by her side.

We believe in the power of this community's faith and lift them up with the prayer below. Please read, pray, and share your hope for them in the comments.

Heavenly Father, our rock and our redeemer,

We turn to you in this time of difficulty for Bill, Ethel, and all who love them. We lift them up in prayer, knowing that you are their ultimate refuge.

As it is written in the Psalms, may they feel your presence:

"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." (Psalm 91:1)

We pray, O God, that you would embrace them all: their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and all the friends who share in their worry.

But most especially, we pray for Bill and Ethel.

Comfort Bill and grant him strength and clarity.

For Ethel, who has been a true gem and a shining reflection of your goodness throughout her life, we ask that you continue to guide the hands of her caregivers and fill her with healing energy and the promise of a brighter day. May your light continue to shine on her and those around her, bringing comfort and rest.

In your merciful hands, we place them both. Amen.
