Stephen discovered that the presence of opposition and the presence of Jesus can exist in the same moment.

Treign Fit is excited to partner with Penn State and the CrossFit Medical Society to host the Lion Hearts Study, an 8-week program exploring how exercise can help moms and their young children build healthier hearts, stronger bodies, and lifelong healthy habits together.

Participating moms will receive over $5,000 worth of fitness assessments, health testing, and professionally coached training at absolutely NO COST. The study includes extensive maternal health and fitness testing along with age-appropriate assessments for participating children. LH_overview_V3.docx

The early Church faced a problem that could have divided them. Instead, people stepped forward, needs were met, leaders emerged, and the Church multiplied.
Don’t just point at the gap. Ask God whether He’s calling you to stand in it.
