This week in Jenelle’s Sunday School class, We had a “Camping” theme ! We crawled under the table to pretend we were in our tents! 🏕️ We “Star Gazed” and tried to count all the stars in the sky, but realized there were TOO MANY! In the book of Genesis, God Promises Abram that his offspring will be more than all the stars in the sky!!

We created our own night skies on black paper with white paint markers, and then drew ourselves camping in our tents while star gazing!

“He took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.””

Today we learned about how God is our ROCK, salvation and our redeemer! We enjoyed painting rocks to remind us that God is our rock every single day!

Thank you to all who attended our Sunday School field trip yesterday to the Lakeland Orchard and Cidery! The Lake Como UMC Sunday School joined as well! We thank God for a wonderful time together, and a great group of kiddos!

We celebrated Christmas in July in Shehawken Sunday School this weekend ! We studied about Jesus’ birth and did a Christmas craft!

Today in Miss Jenn’s Sunday School class, we read from Exodus Chapter 20 and learned about the 10 Commandments! The kids enjoyed their snack time, story time, and craft time! Join us every Sunday at 8:30am! All children welcome ! 🙏🏻✝️📖

Today in Miss Jenn’s Sunday school class, we read from Exodus and learned about how God is of MOST importance in our lives. We talked about how to put God first and have no one else before Him. This is one of the ten commandments! We will be studying more about the other 9 commandments next week! We finished up our time together with a coloring craft and of course play time! To God Be The Glory! ✝️
