There’s a difference between thanksgiving and prayer in relation to our Heavenly Father. When we thank Him, it’s because we are recognizing something He has done. When we praise Him, it’s simply because we recognize who He is. May we rest in the truth of who He is as we praise Him as much as we do in giving thanks for things He has done.
