Besides potluck Sunday, the church had a surprise visit from the “Adult & Teen challenge of Texas.” Program out of San Antonio. “
There motto is, “Freedom from addiction starts here”
A great program helping addictive individuals on the streets getting clean with Jesus!
They have an 80% success rate getting people clean and living with Jesus!

This is Pastor John Newby Staples Baptist Church. Just a friendly reminder that we will have a Good Friday service starting at 7pm. We will be doing an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 19th At Staples park. Will meet at 2 for snacks and Easter Egg Hunt will start at 3. Easter Sunday we will have a Son Rise service at 7 AM followed by Brunch and Easter Service at 11 AM
