Natural remedies are a great way to boost your health and the health of your family. We are offering a Natural Remedies Class at the Community Center in Staples on October 15, 2024. This class will be taught by Becky Maniga, an expert in the use of essential oils. During this class you will be able to make and take home a cleaning product. There will be a $5 charge to cover the cost of supplies. Preregistration by October 10 is required. Please call Cathy at 218-296-1741 to register.

We have an exciting event coming up this Saturday. Vocalist Stephanie Dawn will be presenting a program of words and songs at 7:30 pm, with Dann Thornton on the piano. We will be having a soup and sandwich fellowship meal before, beginning at 6:30. Please come. A freewill offering will be taken to help support Dawn's ministry.

Staples SDA church will be hosting a week-long VBS program, "Camp Firelight" June 24th-28th, 6-8pm.
All children ages 5-12 (and their parents) are welcome to come join the adventure!
The nightly program will include a meal, singing, bible story and skit, and a craft.
We look forward to seeing you there!

After being without a pastor for nearly two years, we now have a new pastor, Joshua Jeresek. He comes from southern Minnesota. He will be serving our four church district, which includes the Staples church, as well as our Seventh-day Adventist churches in Wadena, Brainerd and Aikin.

Pastor Josh will be with us in Staples this Sabbath, April 13. His sermon title is "See Jesus" Our opening song is page 300 'Rock of Ages' and our closing song is page 327 'I'd rather have Jesus than Anything'.

Church starts at 9:30, with the Bible study following at about 1o:40

We will be having a potluck following the services. Please come and get acquainted with our new pastor. Invite a friend.
