🎉2nd Annual Rooted Conference!!!🎉
🗓️Saturday August 1,2026!!!

We are gearing up for our 2nd Annual Rooted Conference here at First Methodist Church of Stanton and we are SO EXCITED!!! We have been covering Rooted 2026 in prayer every day since Rooted ended last year!!

👑Our theme this year comes from 1 Peter 2:9
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”👑

The Rooted Conference started out as an idea and a desire for all of us to be reminded that when we are Rooted in Christ, when we abide in Him, our walk with Him grows deeper, establishing a root system that can withstand the trials and storms of life! This is such a good reminder for all of us- especially as the busy schedules of the school year start to overtake us! This is a great day to come needing to be refreshed and renewed!

We have so DYNAMIC and incredible speakers, break out leaders, and Worship leaders joining us this year!

Happy Saturday FMC Family!
Tomorrow is the return of our Annual Church Picnic.
We will gather at 11:00am for a short worship at the new Martin County Community Complex. (We will NOT be gathering at the church building this week)
Lunch will start around 11:45am and it is catered by Quest Hospitality. We will have steak and chicken fajitas, chicken nuggets for the kids, and a cookie and icecream sundae bar. After lunch we will have games inside and fun outside.

Everyone is invited, and feel free to invite friends and family to come and enjoy some time together. Registration not required to attend.

We're Saving A Seat For You @ First Methodist Church of Stanton!

Tomorrow is Pentecost Sunday! Pentecost is one of the three big Christian Holy Days, along with Christmas and Easter.
On Pentecost we celebrate the sending of the Holy Spirit and the beginning of the church.
You are encouraged to wear something red tomorrow in celebration of Pentecost!
Worship starts at 10:50am!
