It's Coach and Ref Appreciation Day. All coaches and refs are volunteers so this is a special day to say thank you to them for all the hard work they've poured into their teams this season.

It's Food Drive Day. We're challenging teams to bring in as many canned goods as possible. All canned goods will be donated to Grace Network, a local organization in our community that assists families in need.

**Canned goods should be taken to the team locker room to be counted.

It's Be Introduced with a Loved One Day! Each player and cheerleader gets to select one person to be introduced with them at the start of their game. Loved ones should meet in the team locker room prior to the game to walk in with the player.

Games for this Saturday, January 31, have been cancelled due to the possible snow tomorrow and Saturday, and also because our parking lot is a thick sheet ice. We don't want to put anyone in danger by slipping on the ice.

We will combine special game days on Feb 7 to be Crazy Sock/Invite a Teacher Day.

We are also pushing back Upward Sunday to Feb 8.

Have a restful weekend and we will make decisions about next week's practices when schools do.
