As most know Dakota started this school year home schooling. We are so thankful for Mrs. Whitney who is the Mother to Dakota’s best friend Gabe and Dakota’s girlfriend Adayah. She welcomed him in and has led him through this new schooling journey. With that being said, every Thursday they cook, prep, and box up meals to feed the homeless in the Gastonia area. These meals are hand delivered by members of the church and volunteers. While attending Revival at their church we got to learn about the process and how they feed anywhere from 80-100 people. They are able to do this through donations or money out of their own pockets. I was able to help on Thursday since I was off and I was so thankful for the opportunity.
