Today I wanna write from psalms 127 it says, Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it.
It seems that we try to do marriage in the natural or can I say the flesh, since marriage is a spiritual matter, ordained of God then it should be done. God‘s way. Psalms 128 says blessed is everyone that fears the Lord that walk in his way.. I believe the Lord’s way is done in the spirit the Holy Spirit. Therefore, without the Holy Spirit, working in our life working through us, we defeating ourselves trying to do marriage in the flesh. The works of the flesh are manifest in relating to marriage adultery fornication, lasciviousness, and I’m gonna move on to emulations wrath, strife, seditions, and revelings, foul language, evil thoughts, etc. that’s a lot of fighting and such will not inherit the kingdom of God. The evidence of a spiritual life is love, evidenced by joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and temperance, wow!
Since your last marriage class, when did you ever hear about walking and living in the Spirit, because it’s a spiritual thing. Selah!

There many good marital classes being administered these days for sure. Most are attended with the mindset of fixing my spouse. Both claiming to be Christian, both may go to a church, both may have scriptures all about the wall at home. Yet both fight and argue fighting to be right. Fighting to win yet both loose. It all means nothing unless we learn to live and walk in the Spirit. We all tend to see our spouses faults looking at them being the problem. Here is a good recommendation God may be using your spouse to grow you in the Spirit. They are as tools is the masters hand to shape you to respond in the Spirit or do you have the Spirit? We are called to unity not selfishness. We are called to be servants, we are called to Love one another. The pathway to freedom is living in the Spirit and dieing to self. Don’t take the easy path it is the the push button path that leads to destruction , the devils path. Jesus’s path is narrow and hard and only a few find it. Don’t be deceived Read the Word and follow your Lord. Get on the path to holy living. (Hint) it’s on your knees. Crying out to God. Turn off the TVread the Word of God pray with your spouse and children.

Try this on for the love test I’m just gonna give you two of them.
Love is patient even when you feel like forcefully expressing yourself what does love do? Llove bears pain or trials without complaint shows forbearance under provocation or strain and is steadfast despite opposition, difficulty or adversity.
Try that on for size.
How about one more,
love is kind even when you want to retaliate physically or tear down another with your words love is sympathetic, considerate, gentle, and agreeable.
I myself failed this miserably, but it is certainly a goal to put on my Christian character and walk like Christ.
anything short of this is in the flesh and I want to be full of the spirit, don’t you? So just take those two, love is patient and Love is kind and work on that for the rest of your life. Selah.

Before I came to Christ, I was on a highway aimlessly just going as I pleased doing wrong knowingly and unknowingly. When I came to Christ he placed me on the right path. It is a narrow path, only few find that path. It’s basically a path least used. Nevertheless we choose to remain among the few because too many seek the easy way and the fun way but never grow in the faith. So I chose to name our ministry Pathway to Freedom because Jesus is our shepherd he leads us on that path that leads to the celestial city.
We often fall off the path and run into various trials…God has a chosen a path for you, a Path to Freedom
